Weichert Earns High Marks from Relocating Employees in Latest Trippel Survey 07.23.2014 | Tim McCarney

The results of the Twentieth Annual Trippel Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey are in, and Weichert Workforce Mobility has a lot to be proud of.

In this year’s survey, over 7,000 relocated employees were asked to rank the RMCs that moved them.

Based on their feedback, Weichert Workforce Mobility achieved the highest average service satisfaction score among the industry’s five largest suppliers. Weichert also earned a net satisfaction rating that surpassed the industry average.

Perhaps most importantly, data aggregated from the past five years’ surveys shows that we’ve made significant year-after-year improvement in our overall customer satisfaction ranking.

Such accolades are a reflection of the skills and resourcefulness of our colleagues. The enthusiasm with which they strive to deliver exceptional service experiences is not just a source of pride but also, as evidenced by these results, a true competitive differentiator. That our service satisfaction rankings continue to rise even as we embrace a company wide business transformation strategy is further proof of their professionalism and commitment to excellence.

The Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey is the only industry-wide, objective evaluation of its kind to rank the quality of service provided by relocation management companies based upon evaluations collected from recently-transferred employees.
