Dave has over 25 years of leadership experience in every facet of workforce mobility, from operations to business development. But what makes him an especially effective leader is his positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. He promotes a culture of collaboration and creativity and under his watch, Weichert has blossomed into a company where colleagues feel empowered and inspired to identify better ways to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional service experiences.

Dave joined Weichert in 2004, and throughout his tenure the company has enjoyed continuous improvements in client and customer satisfaction results, which, in turn, created new benchmarks in client retention and loyalty ratings—two of the surest indicators of successful, mutually-rewarding partnerships.

In addition to our mobility practice, Dave also oversees our government affiliate, our corporate housing entity, and our Group Purchasing Organization segment. He has also lent his expertise to the betterment of our industry, serving on the Worldwide ERC US Advisory Committee.

Vicki Lander Weichert

Vicki Lander, CRP, GMS Executive Vice President, Client Services

Overseeing our North American operations, Vicki provides seasoned guidance and mentoring to the leadership and service teams at our regional offices, promoting engagement, Legendary Service and rewarding experiences for all stakeholders in the mobility process.

A member of Weichert’s leadership team since 2005 and with over 25 years of global workforce mobility experience, Vicki brings balanced perspective to her role, having worked in both service and operations. Throughout her career, she has helped a broad range of corporate clients build more effective, efficient mobility programs that align with the strategic goals of their organization and optimize their mobile workforce.

Vicki’s keen sensitivity to the unique needs of transferring executives has made her a Trusted Partner to a number of senior leaders worldwide. She has personally overseen relocations for a number of corporate CEOs, and her success comes from an almost innate ability to satisfy both their professional and personal needs, drawing on her agility, ingenuity and laser-like attention to detail.

Mark Bennett Executive Vice President, Global Client Services

Hailing from Canada, Mark exudes that genuine spirit of openness for which Canadians are famous. It’s a trait that, combined with his 20 years of experience in global workforce mobility and reputation as an industry visionary, makes him a valued, respected partner to companies around the world.

Mark entered the relocation industry in 1997, joining TheMIGroup’s Toronto office, where he managed the company’s operations. He was later relocated himself to TheMIGroup’s Los Angeles office, serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Southern California Region before his promotion in 2007 to Executive Vice President. In 2018, with Weichert’s acquisition of TheMIGroup, Mark joined our company as Executive Vice President, Global Client Services. In this role, he oversees Weichert’s strategic direction and execution across the corporate and GPO (group purchasing organization) segments.

Mark is dedicated to sharing his industry knowledge, and is an active participant and sought-after speaker at regional and global industry conferences. He’s served as a Guest Lecturer at UCLA on HR topics and been elected to Worldwide ERC’s Global Advisory Council. He also received Worldwide ERC’s Meritorius Service Award.

A master of her trade, Grace plays a vital role in all facets of HR at Weichert Workforce Mobility. With a steadfast focus on our greatest asset – our people – she expertly orchestrates critical processes, including the implementation of the strategic HR plan, the development of key HR initiatives, and the attainment of HR objectives that align with the overall business value proposition.

With over 25 years in Human Resources, Grace has honed diverse expertise in employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and management, and compliance. Her reputation as a multifaceted HR professional has propelled her to several leadership roles in media, finance and other industries, working with a broad range of companies throughout her career. Before joining Weichert, she held the esteemed role of Director of Human Resources at Nanette Lepore, a renowned high-end contemporary fashion company. Grace holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on HR from Pace University.

Avrom Goldberg, SCRP, SGMS Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific

Avrom spearheads all managerial and operational activities throughout the APAC and LATAM regions, drawing on over thirty years of strategic global mobility leadership experience to help multinational companies navigate this increasingly complex and diverse market.

One of our industry’s most highly-regarded and respected authorities on workforce mobility, Avrom has served as the architect of several groundbreaking research reports; spearheaded the establishment of mobility offices in the UK, Netherlands, Hong Kong and Shanghai; and created the first pan-European destination services network. Additionally, he won the Forum for Expatriate Management’s EMMA award for Outstanding Contribution to APAC Global Mobility in 2016.

Avrom has worked and lived in the APAC region since 2001; prior to that, his career was centered in Europe where he worked and lived in Amsterdam, Brussels and London. In addition to the aforementioned EMMA award, Avrom was also named Global Mobility Professional of the Year in 2012 by FEM. He has also earned multiple awards from Worldwide ERC, including a Meritorious Service Award, two Distinguished Service Awards and ERC’s highest honor, the President’s Award.

Stewart McCardle, MBA, CRP, GMS-T Senior Vice President, Technology

Stewart has a well-honed skill for analyzing a client’s talent mobility goals and challenges and translating them into innovative technology solutions. He is the visionary behind our game-changing Weichert Go platform, which revolutionizes the relocation experience for mobile employees, corporate managers and supplier partners.

He also spearheads the ongoing design and evolution of Go and the creation of new tech tools while providing leadership and inspiration to our developer teams. His passion for creating exceptional digital experiences guides and informs our technology strategy.

Stewart came to Weichert from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006, and earned his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with a focus on international business and management.

Shan Norman

Shân Norman, GMS Regional Vice President, EMEA

Shân built her global mobility proficiency organically, having personally lived and worked throughout the UK, Belgium, Hong Kong and the US. With over three decades in the industry, she honed her craft through multiple leadership roles at a number of Relocation Management Companies, overseeing strategically important global clients and helping to guide their programs to successful outcomes. Her passion for professionalism is executed through a forward-thinking approach that resonates strongly with our clients and the teams she leads across the EMEA Region.

With a reputation as a regional mobility expert and industry thought leader, Shân is a sought-after speaker at global industry events, including Worldwide ERC, Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) and Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) conferences. Her contributions and support of fellow industry players earned her a “Highly Commended” placement at a recent FEM EMMA Awards for Global Mobility Professional of the Year.

Weichert Jim Schneider

Under his leadership, the business development team has set new sales benchmarks for 10 consecutive years.

Jim Schneider, SCRP Executive Vice President, Business Development

A recognized leader and innovator within our industry, Jim has close to 30 years of experience enhancing client relationships, strengthening global brand identity and driving top line revenue growth. Since 2003 he has overseen Weichert’s business development and brand promotion worldwide, significantly expanding our client base and playing a pivotal role in forging our reputation as one of the world’s leading mobility companies.

In addition to managing our global business development efforts, Jim also has responsibility for pricing and contract administration and has helped shape the tools we use to educate corporate stakeholders on the nuances of workforce mobility. A good example of this is the presentation “How Workforce Mobility Companies Make Money,” which has proven a critical guide for procurement professionals eager to gain a deeper understanding of relocation cost drivers.

Reflecting his commitment to the advancement of the mobility industry, Jim served on Worldwide ERC’s Board of Directors for the 2007-2009 term and also held a position on ERC’s Industry Advisory Committee.

Ann Stafford, CGMP, GMS Regional Vice President, Canada

Ann is a highly regarded and influential leader in Canadian workforce mobility, with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record for optimizing employee engagement, operational effectiveness, innovation and client satisfaction.

Ann joined Weichert in 2016 and is responsible for charting our strategic direction in Canada, optimizing client partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer service experiences, nurturing talent, empowering colleagues, sourcing suppliers and helping to identify new business opportunities.

Ann is also committed to making the mobility industry stronger. An active member of the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC), she has spoken at regional and national conferences on a number of topics, from cross-border moves to the nuances of Canadian tax law for relocating employees. She has served on CERC’s Board of Directors and has earned the Distinguished Service Award, one of CERC’s highest honors.

Bill Wilson Weichert

Manages our global supply chain to ensure sustainability and service excellence.

Bill Wilson Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain

Bill knows that successful mobility programs are built on strong, mutually-rewarding partnerships. And in his role, he works to ensure that our supply chains remain healthy and rock-solid and ready to serve any client need at any time, anywhere in the world.

He draws on three decades of experience to assess, train and evaluate our supplier partners and works closely with them to identify service goals, develop new products and deliver best-in-class reliability and results. He also manages our in-house supply channels, including Weichert Real Estate Support Services, the Weichert Move Network, Weichert Mobility Tax Services and our freight forwarding company, Movers International.

A big part of Bill’s vision is to establish Weichert and our supply chain as the benchmark for excellence in relocation sustainability practices. He has been instrumental in establishing our strategic partnership with EcoVadis, the first and largest collaborative platform in the world for training partners to share, monitor and assess sustainability performance.
