We continue to showcase the winners of our annual Legendary Service Stories Contest to acknowledge our ICARE behaviors and culture.
Our winners are not only being recognized for the Legendary Service they provide daily, but also for the WeCARE efforts they bring to their communities. Each winner receives money to contribute to a charity of their choice on their behalf.
This month, we spotlight, Lizette Reiss, Workforce Mobility Counselor –Homesale in our Newport Beach, California office.
Lizette makes it her business to provide extraordinary service and our clients literally have run out of perfect scores of 10 to rank her mighty efforts.
Here is just one telling story.
Lizette worked with a senior-level employee who had never relocated and was feeling the stress of a cross-country move. The employee’s response to his survey was all 10s and a Legendary Service rating for Lizette.
The transferee stated, “I usually will not consider a full slate of top ratings because it may look like I simply answered the questions quickly to do my duty as a customer. These ratings are true and can be backed by the outstanding service provided by Lizette. (She) kept me organized, calm, informed and giggling through what was a crazy busy and stressful period in my life.”
Not only did the transferee rate Lizette highly on the Weichert service evaluation, he reached out directly to her Director to express his gratitude for Lizette’s assistance and felt she guided him through the process and anticipated the next steps.
The transferee mentioned how Lizette’s calm demeanor made him feel comforted during a very hectic and stressful part of his life.
