PARSIPPANY, NJ, March 28, 2023 – Weichert Workforce Mobility, one of the world’s leading providers of global talent mobility solutions, has earned the industry’s highest satisfaction ratings for the management of corporate household goods shipment programs, according to The 21st Annual Relocation Managers’ Survey on Household Goods Shipment Program Administration, Policy & Industry & Carrier Performance.
This survey polled corporate relocation managers on their overall satisfaction with the performance of their relocation management company in administering their household goods program. The results showed, among firms with sufficient sampling, Weichert receiving both the highest average service satisfaction score and the highest net satisfaction percentage among all other service providers.
Conducted by Trippel Research, this survey is the only impartial and unbiased industry-wide ranking of the quality of relocation services based on input from managers of corporate programs. According to survey architect, Alan Trippel, “Net satisfaction is the strongest and most accurate indicator of service quality.”
“Nothing impacts a relocating employee’s experience, productivity and feelings toward the company that moved them like the safe and efficient shipping of their household goods,” explained Kyriako Bouris, Vice President of Global Transportation Solutions. “We are honored to see our management of these critical processes rated best in class by the people who purchase relocation services, which reinforces the strong 99 percent satisfaction rating we received on our own client survey for 2022.”
Added Bill Wilson, Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain: “Through our Weichert Move Network, we work with our carefully selected van line partners to set new benchmarks for performance and collaboration every day, and consistently seek unique solutions—including enhancements to our VIP household goods solution and our small shipment solutions—to help our clients navigate the often-challenging household goods landscape. Recognition such as this confirms that our efforts and offerings are resonating with corporate mobility managers.”
