Relocating Employees Rank Weichert Workforce Mobility #1 for the 13th Consecutive Year
Weichert remains the only relocation management company to hold the top net satisfaction rating in the industry’s leading employee survey for more than a decade.
MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. — August 3, 2026 — Some companies achieve excellence. Others sustain it.
Weichert Workforce Mobility announced today that relocating employees have rated the company number one in net satisfaction among all major relocation management companies for the thirteenth consecutive year, according to the results of the Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey.
This annual survey, conducted by Trippel Survey and Research, provides independent rankings of relocation service quality based on feedback from mobile employees, giving HR and corporate mobility professionals a first-hand view of provider performance. The 2026 edition received responses from 4,655 relocating employees across 56 corporations.
According to Alan Trippel, architect of the survey, “Net Satisfaction is the strongest and most meaningful indicator of service quality.” Put simply, it’s a portrait of an entire year of moves rather than a cherry-picked handful of glowing reviews.
In an industry where employee experience increasingly shapes corporate retention, reputation and continued success, the achievement stands as powerful evidence of Weichert’s long-standing commitment to service excellence. Of the 554 evaluations employees submitted for Weichert, over 91 percent ranked Weichert 8, 9 or 10 on the survey’s 10-point scale. Weichert also ranked five points above the industry average net satisfaction.
“A single year of recognition is an achievement, but thirteen consecutive years speaks to something much deeper,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility.
“It represents the experiences of thousands of employees navigating some of the biggest transitions of their lives, and the dedication of our colleagues who show up every day to make each move smoother, more personal, and more successful.”
As the mobility landscape continues to evolve, Weichert has complemented its service-first philosophy with significant investments in technology, including the ongoing development of Weichert Go, its groundbreaking, award-winning mobility platform. The result is a relocation experience that combines personalized human support with digital tools designed to simplify the mobility journey and provide greater program visibility.
“Recognition has the greatest meaning when it’s sustained,” added Bencivengo.
“Thirteen consecutive years of employee validation across dramatically different business conditions—including booming markets, frozen markets, global conflicts and a worldwide pandemic—demonstrates that exceptional service isn’t something we aspire to. It’s the standard our people deliver every day.”
