Recognition extends Weichert’s regional EMMA Award record to 17 wins; company is currently the only RMC concurrently holding the title in all three regions — Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. — May 15, 2026 — Weichert Workforce Mobility, one of the world’s leading corporate relocation management companies, today announced that it has been named the 2026 Americas Relocation Management Company (RMC) of the Year by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) at the EMMA Awards ceremony held May 13 at The JW Marriott by the Galleria in Houston, Texas.
The recognition marks the tenth time Weichert has received the Americas RMC of the Year designation in the past 14 years, and the company’s 17th regional EMMA win for RMC of the Year across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC since 2012. With the 2026 Americas honor, Weichert is currently the only RMC holding the designation simultaneously across all three regions, having also been named the EMEA and APAC RMC of the Year in 2025.
In its citation, the FEM judging panel said:
“Weichert Workforce Mobility demonstrates sustained service excellence, strong global expansion, and practical, client-led innovation — especially through Weichert Go and AI-enabled tools — while maintaining industry-leading employee satisfaction. A mature, trusted, and forward-looking mobility partner.”
More than 40 industry experts and academics served on the 2026 Americas EMMA judging panel, including senior global mobility and human resources leaders from Oceaneering, Walmart, H&M Fashion USA, BD (Becton Dickinson), Zendesk, Johnson & Johnson, Halliburton, Mohawk Industries, AMD, Siemens International, Sysco, and Indeed — representing the energy, retail, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors. FEM noted that competition for this year’s Relocation Management Company of the Year award was fierce, with entries assessed against a strict set of judging criteria.
“The FEM EMMAs remain the gold standard awards for global mobility and international HR,” said Claire Tennant-Scull, Global Director at FEM. “EMMAs entries are always rigorously judged by a team of fiercely impartial, highly experienced, senior figures in the industry and academia who give up their own free time to carry out a very thorough and demanding process. These awards carry tremendous kudos.”
“This is not an award we take for granted, no matter how many times we receive it,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “The EMMAs are judged by the mobility and HR leaders who actually use these services. Their verdict — especially when repeated year after year and region after region — is one of the most meaningful measures of service quality our industry has. I am proud of our team in the Americas and around the world, and grateful to the clients whose trust drives us to clear a higher bar every year.”
The FEM EMMA Awards are widely regarded as the corporate mobility industry’s most prestigious recognition program, with regional ceremonies held annually in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Recipients are selected by independent panels of in-house mobility and HR professionals, with submissions evaluated against criteria including service delivery, innovation, employee experience, and measurable client outcomes.
