Proud to Earn Best Technology, Satisfaction from Relocation Managers 11.14.2018 | Morgan E. Wiedmann

Weichert Workforce Mobility earned the highest ratings from corporate relocation managers for technology, willingness to recommend and satisfaction. #PropellingMobility

Like any company, we’re pretty good at talking up our own strengths. Just pull up a chair.

What really resonates with us, however, is when corporate clients sing our praises. So we were thrilled with the results of Trippel Research’s 17th Annual Relocation Managers Survey – the only industry-wide evaluation to rank the quality of relocation services based on input from managers of corporate programs.

For the fifth consecutive year, Weichert earned the highest net satisfaction rating among our largest competitors, a trend that shows the true impact of our Legendary Service culture.

Additionally, we outranked all competitors in the category of “willingness to recommend,” perhaps the strongest indicator of service satisfaction and customer loyalty. Such glowing endorsements from our client contacts are something we’ll never take for granted.

Perhaps most satisfying was receiving our industry’s highest rating for technology. This serves as proof that our technology addresses the real-world needs of today’s mobility managers while justifying our continued investment in tools and apps that streamline and simplify relocation.

Put simply, MyWIN, our single-platform relocation management system, is designed to make managing a mobile workforce more efficient and cost-effective by:

  • streamlining processes for mobile employees so they can focus on their new roles
  • automating processes that free our Counselors to focus on providing Legendary Service experiences
  • empowering clients to gain analytical insight to any aspect of their programs, instantly

We are proud to see MyWIN ranked as industry-leading technology, and look forward to the launch of the latest version in early 2019.
