MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, May 30, 2019 – For the second consecutive year, Weichert Workforce Mobility has been named Relocation Management Company of the Year at the Forum for Expatriate Management’s (FEM) prestigious EMMA awards, which recognize the top companies, technologies and products in global mobility and international HR. The results were announced at a gala ceremony during FEM’s Americas Summit in Dallas, TX.
With this win, Weichert has set a new precedent, becoming the first and only company to be named RMC of the Year at the Americas EMMAs six times. Weichert also won this honor in 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018.
Attracting entrants from across the globe in 22 categories, this year’s EMMA nominations were evaluated by an independent judging panel of senior HR and mobility professionals from such companies as Becton Dickinson, Hewlett Packard, Siemens, American Express, McDonald’s Corporation, Unilever and Skanska USA. Weichert was selected from a shortlist of 12 finalists, based on service quality, value for price paid, and proven results for clients.
Other factors cited as distinguishing Weichert included the company’s proprietary Optimization Lab process, and its innovative approach to in-sourcing such key mobility services as tax planning and household goods freight forwarding.
