Forum for Expatriate Management Recognizes Weichert Advisory Practice Leader, Jennifer Connell, for Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility 05.11.2023

DALLAS, TEXAS May 5, 2023  –  Weichert Workforce Mobility, the undisputed industry leader in relocating employee satisfaction, is proud to congratulate Vice President of Advisory Services, Jennifer Connell, on her recognition for Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility by the Forum for Expatriate Management’s (FEM) Americas EMMAs (Expatriate Management & Mobility Awards).  Announced on May 4 at a black-tie dinner and ceremony closing out FEM’s Americas two-day Summit at The University of Texas at Dallas, this is the only award amongst all EMMAs categories that is decided by FEM – and not the judges of community vote.

“With an undimmed enthusiasm for the global mobility industry, Jennifer generously shares her superb knowledge and experience of working with dozens of Fortune 100 companies,” said Claire Tennant-Scull, FEM’s Global Director. “An expert at curating and chairing panels with diverse perspectives, Jennifer does so with self-effacing style – but she has so much insight and expertise – her speaking sessions are always unmissable. From a personal perspective, Jennifer is always an absolute pleasure to work with and a truly inspiring role model in the industry.”

Joining Weichert in 1999, Connell started her mobility career in operations, which led to roles in business development, proposal writing, and project management. The deep analytical insight and uniquely strategic perspective that she brings as the leader of Weichert’s Advisory Services team is reflective of this multifaceted experience.

“Jen is laser-focused on the future of mobility and has firmly established her reputation as a forecaster of trends and industry knowledge leader. But she does so much more than share her insight; she is dedicated to supporting our clients in transforming their programs, policies, and processes, and arming them with the targeted resources they need to thrive in the future state of workforce mobility,” said Executive Vice President, Vicki Lander. “Her expertise is paired with an ease in forging connections that resonates strongly with her teams and clients; it’s what makes her shine and it’s the glue that binds our trusted partnerships. We are grateful to have Jen at the helm of our Advisory Team as we Make Work Happen throughout 2023, and beyond.”

Connell’s award followed another big achievement for Weichert Workforce Mobility as the company was named 2023 RMC of the Year, a title now held in every FEM region. Said Tennant-Scull: “Weichert Workforce Mobility as a whole continues to enjoy amazing success at the EMMAs in so many categories – and in all three regions of the world – Jennifer is a major driving force in achieving that excellence.”
