In 2023, we celebrated a triumphant milestone: We beat out our largest competitors in earning the highest net satisfaction scores from relocating employees in Trippel’s annual survey, solidifying a Decade of Dominance as service experience leaders. This incredible achievement authentically validated the many ways our front-line staff make work happen every day—even as big changes impact our clients, their employees, and our company.
Fast-forward to 2024, and we’re proud to say we’ve kept the momentum going. Fresh off the press, the results of Trippel’s 20th Annual Relocation Managers Survey – Global Mobility Administration and Supplier Performance reveal more awe-inspiring results (and our highest rankings ever). But this time, the scores are from corporate mobility managers!
In this latest survey, we blew the roof off the Technology category, where we received the Highest Average Score and the Highest Net Satisfaction rating, the latter a staggering 46 percentage points higher than our closest competitor and more than double the industry average.
We’re thrilled, but certainly not surprised, by these high scores, particularly as we’ve worked hard over the past year to develop and unveil several enhancements to the Weichert Go platform aimed to deliver game-changing visibility, control, customization, and critical analytics to track and forecast like never before. Our goal? To empower mobility managers with the data they need to tell their program’s full story and confidently make critical decisions that drive results for their business.
These Trippel Survey scores are the latest addition to a list of recent accolades for Weichert Go, which has earned praise for its interactive AI-powered dashboards, Go Flex capability for flexible program administration, and other features that have helped make mobility management more strategic (and infinitely less tedious)!
The launch of Weichert Go has proved a true disruptor. Each passing year since its debut, our technology has elevated our industry position, and results such as these show just how far it has rocketed us to the forefront. These latest Trippel scores, paired with the Decade of Dominance, reinforce our claims to deliver the best service and technology experiences in mobility, period.
In addition to technology, we were thrilled to earn the highest average service score in six other survey categories, including:
For our clients – and more specifically, those managing mobility within their company — these accolades translate to confidence in our ability to support them in achieving their talent and business goals and alleviating the tactical parts of relocation management so they can focus on the big picture. Most importantly, these scores reflect that their decision to choose Weichert has delivered a strong ROI, enhanced their relocation program, and underscored the value of the mobility function within the broader business landscape. This speaks volumes in a climate where the competition for top talent is stiff, and employees are more reluctant than ever to move.
Earning a Decade of Dominance last year in Trippel’s transferee survey validated our expertise in delivering unparalleled service experiences for mobile talent. But these new scores paint a more vibrant picture, showing that we’re equally focused on exceptional support for mobility managers, consistently raising the bar with advisory solutions, tech tools, and process enhancements that help you unleash your talent.
Your trust means the world to us.
The how, why, and where of work is changing at a blistering pace, and companies need an adaptable, responsive relocation partner that ensures their program is resilient and agile enough to withstand these changes. Results like these prove that our clients trust us to help deliver a program that thrives: they trust in the quality of our counselors to support their employees, the expertise of our Advisory team to navigate changes and refine their strategy, and the focus of our tech team to keep delivering solutions that empower them to leverage data to drive real change.Dave Bencivengo
