Making Flexible Mobility REALLY Work | Pulse Survey 10.6.2022 | Ellie Sullivan

A tsunami of change is sweeping across the world of work, and it’s challenging employers to reimagine workforce mobility.  The typical relocation program straitjacket is being released in favor of more flexible programs.

In fact, today more than 70%* of companies want to introduce greater flexibility to accommodate wider demographics, cost constraints and rising employee expectations.

There are several options for adding flexibility to your mobility program, ranging from more tiers to lump sums to giving people greater control. Each approach has its pros and cons, but there is limited information available about “choice” programs.

Research indicates a mere 5% of companies provide employees, global mobility and/or business leaders the possibility to choose from a range of "flexible" benefits with points.

To dive a little deeper — and uncover the insight we need into the use of employee choice models — we are conducting a pulse survey on choice programs that use “points” to establish an allowance that can be used to “buy” certain flexible benefits.  This short survey will help inform new program development while validating the experience among the early adopters with points programs.

Take the 5-minute survey here and get your roadmap to a Policy for One.

This pulse survey closes October 31, 2022. If you have any questions or would like to request the compiled survey results, please contact Esullivan@weichertwm.com.
