Let’s Make Work Happen: Linking Global Mobility to the Talent Strategy 05.30.2024 | Ruhi Van Andel

We’re thrilled to introduce EPISODE 11 of our smash hit video web series: “Let’s Make Work Happen”!

Join Jennifer Connell, web series host and fearless leader of our Advisory Services team for another dive into one of the hottest topics igniting conversations across our industry.

Today the hot seat is Anna Kolomey, Senior Global Mobility Consultant at Danfoss and a seasoned superstar in change management. Anna shares Danfoss’ journey as they underwent a major transformation of their global mobility program, ensuring that it was positioned to deliver the most value to the company. As a company focused on engineering solutions, Danfoss requires strong talent with specialized skill sets, so ensuring that their program and strategy was attractive and competitive was mission critical.

When the company transitioned its Relocation Services to Weichert, it offered the perfect opportunity to reevaluate and reconfigure its processes through our Advisory Studio, leveraging benchmarking, voice-of-the-customer surveys, and extensive internal and external feedback. Anna comments on this journey, sharing where they are now and their future plans.

It’s a long journey, but it was worth it. And from my perspective, it really shows the value global mobility can bring to the overall talent agenda.

As the alignment of Global Mobility and Talent Development become a pivotal focal area for companies looking to optimize their relocation programs and the employee experience, Jen and Anna deliver eye-opening wisdom worth plugging into.

Thanks for sharing how you’re Making Work Happen, Anna!
