Legendary Service Spotlight: Juleen DuBois 10.19.2018 | Morgan Wiedmann

Legendary Service Spotlight: Vicki Cain

Our colleagues embrace Legendary Service by transforming their strategic customer service focus into a critical part of our corporate DNA.

Each month we recognize Legendary Service stories of our colleagues who go above and beyond to uphold our ICARE service model of being Innovative, Collaborative, Attentive, Responsive and Empowered.

This month, we spotlight, Juleen DuBois, Senior Workforce Mobility Counselor -Homesale in our Houston, Texas office.

Juleen showcases her commitment to Legendary Service every single day and her fantastic efforts are noted and applauded by clients.

Here’s just a taste of Juleen’s glowing client feedback from a transferee whose company is a new client for us but has already expanded our scope of services, largely because of the work done by Juleen.

“Juleen DuBois was by far the best relocation counselor I have ever worked with. I was a pain at times asking an abundant amount of questions but she always had an answer. If she did not know the answer off the top of her head, she would make it her mission to find the answer for me.

It was a pleasure working with Juleen, who made this move very easy, comforting, and satisfying for our family. (Today, it is often difficult to find people who are truly good, who actually care about the people they are working for.) Juleen is a unique individual who Weichert should be very proud and grateful to have as part of their team,” says, transferee.

This is a great example of one of the many Legendary Service stories Juleen has.

Congratulations, Juleen and thank you for being Legendary!
