Let’s Make Work Happen: A Client’s Mobility Transformation
We’re thrilled to introduce EPISODE 13 of our smash hit video web series: “Let’s Make Work Happen”!
Join Jennifer Connell, web series host and fearless leader of our Advisory Services team, for another candid chat with our industry’s top movers, shakers, and game-changers! Together, Jen and her guests explore the hottest topics igniting conversations across the ever-evolving mobility landscape.
Today in the hot seat is Ines Sanchez, Global Mobility COE at DuPont, whose diverse and fascinating career has made her a driving force behind the company’s mobility transformation. In this conversation, Ines reflects on the pandemic’s lasting impact on mobility programs and how DuPont—supported by Weichert’s Advisory Studio—adapted to employees’ growing demand for flexibility. She shares how the deeply collaborative Studio process helped reimagine their policies (cutting them from 20 to 10) and introduce a core-flex model that balances both business priorities and employee needs.
“What surprised me a lot was that, compared to other methodologies, when you want to change anything or implement a new program, you would typically rely on your partner. They would bring ideas to the table, and you would just say, yes or no, this is not what I’m looking for, or yes, this is fine. The Studio methodology is more about talking to each other from the very first minute, which makes a big change for the client and adds tremendous value to the process.”
Listeners will hear firsthand insights into the challenges faced and the innovative solutions that shaped a more agile and responsive program for DuPont’s mobile talent. As more companies grapple with structuring their mobility programs in alignment with business needs and the expectations of today’s workforce, Jen and Ines deliver eye-opening wisdom worth plugging into.
Thanks for sharing how you’re Making Work Happen, Ines!
