At the EMEA EMMAs Gala, hosted by the Forum for Expatriate Management on October 21, Weichert Workforce Mobility was named Relocation Management Company of the Year, marking our 16th RMC of the Year title across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.

At the core of our success is Weichert Go, our cutting-edge mobility platform built on Salesforce. Go continues to redefine relocation technology, empowering clients with tools like SmartSpend, GoFlex, and the Sumplicity app, all designed to make mobility management smarter and more intuitive.
From forecasting costs to streamlining reporting and improving employee experience, Go has become a true strategic advantage for our clients. And as our Tech Innovation team integrates AI in new and powerful ways, the bar for mobility technology keeps rising.
2. Transforming Communication
This year, our EMEA team reimagined how we communicate with clients and assignees. Replacing lengthy briefings with interactive presentations and recorded video messages from team leads, we made complex information easier to digest and far more engaging.
The pilot’s success with a global pharmaceutical client led to broader adoption – including a large-scale group move for a multinational energy company – earning enthusiastic feedback and strengthening assignee connections.
3. Driving Cost Savings
Transparency drives trust and savings. Want proof? Our EMEA team developed a new cost-tracking process for intra-European household goods shipments and insurance premiums, fully integrated within Weichert Go. Clients can now access real-time cost data through on-demand reports, creating a single source of truth for business reviews and procurement discussions.
The result? Millions in client savings, and stronger confidence in every partnership!
4. Commitment to Giving Back
Our success is defined not only by results, but by the impact we make beyond the business. This year, our EMEA team raised nearly £2,000 for Bliss, a charity supporting premature babies, through creative fundraising events over the course of the summer.
Capping off their “summer of giving,” the team took to the water for a Dragon Boat race in September, where our fast and ferocious Weichert Wasps paddled so hard they practically flew across the finish line (or so the legend goes)! Their enthusiasm and fundraising spirit perfectly embody our belief in Each Other, banding together to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. It’s the same passion they bring to their work every day, going above and beyond to create real impact in the stories of our clients and their mobile talent.
