With more than 25 years of experience in global workforce mobility and a reputation as an industry visionary, Mark is a valued, respected partner to companies worldwide.

Mark began his relocation career in 1997 at TheMIGroup’s Toronto office, later relocating to Los Angeles as VP & GM of the Southern California Region. He was promoted to Executive VP in 2007 and joined Weichert in 2018 following its acquisition of TheMIGroup. In his current role, Mark leads Weichert’s strategic direction across corporate and GPO segments, and oversees our supply chain.

Mark is an active participant and sought-after speaker at regional and global industry conferences. He’s served as a Guest Lecturer at UCLA on HR topics and has been elected to Worldwide ERC’s Global Advisory Council. He also received Worldwide ERC’s Meritorious Service Award.

Drawing on her broad expertise in research and data mining, voice of the customer studies, trend forecasting, benchmarking and policy design, Jen oversees the development of program and policy solutions that give our clients the competitive edge they need to attract and retain top talent and deliver winning outcomes.

A Minnesota native, Anne brings more than 20 years of proven success as a global mobility executive. In her most recent role overseeing North American Global Operations for a leading Relocation Management Company, she managed performance for 400+ corporate clients, 20K+ annual relocations and assignments, and 350 staff members.
A people-focused leader, Anne is passionate about building a winning culture, supporting team development, and fostering belonging. Known for her relatable leadership style, sense of humor, and creativity, she brings a data-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills to every relationship.
Anne holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a business degree from Bethel University, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt.

One of our industry’s most highly regarded authorities on workforce mobility, Avrom was the architect of several groundbreaking research reports, spearheaded the establishment of mobility offices in the UK, Netherlands, Hong Kong and Shanghai, and created the first pan-European destination services network.
Avrom has lived and worked in the APAC region since 2001, with previous experience in Europe, including Amsterdam, Brussels, and London. Over his career, Avrom’s impact has been recognized through multiple awards from the Forum for Expatriate Management and Worldwide ERC, including a Meritorious Service Award, two Distinguished Service Awards and ERC’s highest honor, the President’s Award.

Stewart has a well-honed skill for analyzing a client’s talent mobility goals and challenges and translating them into innovative technology solutions. He is the visionary behind our game-changing Weichert Go platform, which revolutionizes the relocation experience for mobile employees, corporate managers and supplier partners.

Stewart spearheads the ongoing design and evolution of Go, and the creation of new tech tools while providing leadership and inspiration to our developer teams. His passion for exceptional digital experiences guides and informs our technology and customer service strategies.
Stewart came to Weichert from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006 and earned his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, focusing on international business and management.

Having held roles in Client service and Account Management, she is adept at supporting her clients’ talent strategies while suggesting proactive recommendations that promote continuous, holistic improvement.

Ava is passionate about working across functions and bringing the business together – focusing on enhancing commercial value, sharing expertise, and challenging the status quo to help each organizational unit meet and exceed their business goals.

A recognized industry leader and innovator, Jim has close to 35 years of experience enhancing client relationships, strengthening global brand identity, and driving top-line revenue growth. Since 2003, he has overseen Weichert’s business development and brand promotion worldwide, significantly expanding our client base and playing a pivotal role in forging our reputation as one of the world’s leading mobility companies.

In addition to managing our global business development efforts, Jim is responsible for pricing and contract administration and has helped shape the tools we use to educate corporate stakeholders on the nuances of workforce mobility. His presentation, “How Workforce Mobility Companies Make Money,” has established itself as a critical guide for helping procurement professionals gain a deeper understanding of relocation cost drivers.

Jim has served on Worldwide ERC’s Board of Directors and held a position on ERC’s Industry Advisory Committee.

Ann is a highly regarded and influential leader in Canadian workforce mobility, with over 25 years of experience optimizing employee engagement and driving operational effectiveness, innovation and client satisfaction. Since joining Weichert in 2016, Ann has led multiple strategic initiatives in Canada, strengthening client partnerships, enhancing customer experiences, and uncovering new business opportunities.

Widely known for her dynamic personality and enduring dedication to the industry, Ann is an active member of the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC)—also serving on its Board of Directors—and a sought-after speaker at regional and national conferences.

In acknowledgment of her many industry contributions over her career, Ann was awarded the Distinguished Service Award, one of CERC’s highest honors.
