Weichert Workforce Mobility, one of the world’s leading providers of corporate talent mobility solutions, received the highest customer service satisfaction ratings among its largest competitors in the Twentieth Annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey.
The Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey is the only industry-wide, objective evaluation of its kind to rank the quality of service provided by relocation management companies based upon evaluations collected from recently-transferred employees.
Weichert Workforce Mobility achieved the highest average service satisfaction score and the highest percentage of “top block” scores among the industry’s five largest suppliers, which constitute the company’s primary competition. Weichert also earned a net satisfaction rating that surpassed the industry average.
In addition, data aggregated from the past five years’ surveys reveals that Weichert has shown significant year-after-year improvement in its overall customer satisfaction ranking.
“We are honored to receive such tremendous evaluations from our customers in this Survey,” said Dave Bencivengo, Executive Vice President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “We consider this a reflection of the skills and resourcefulness of our colleagues, who understand how getting mobile employees settled quickly and seamlessly into their new roles impacts our clients’ business growth and talent management goals.”
The Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey is conducted annually by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC, to objectively evaluate customer satisfaction levels with the services provided by relocation management companies. “Top block” service scores reflect scores of 9 or 10, with 10 representing the highest level of satisfaction. This year, 7,044 relocated employees representing 122 companies responded to the survey.

Weichert Workforce Mobility—one of the world’s leading workforce mobility management companies—today announced the opening of its Latin America Center of Excellence. This Center of Excellence represents the latest step in the growth of the company’s strategic global presence, coming on the heels of the opening of a new Weichert office in Singapore earlier this year.
Conveniently located in the heart of Miami’s Blue Lagoon business district, Weichert’s Latin America Center of Excellence will provide full relocation and assignment management services as well as local destination assistance to inbound, outbound and intra-regional assignees. It will also better position the company to support the increasing number of employees being relocated into the region for business and manage on-the-ground suppliers.
“The opening of our Latin America Center of Excellence reflects the growing importance our global clients are placing on this region as a key market,” said Aram Minnetian, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “The workforce mobility needs that companies have within Latin American have evolved and become more sophisticated over the last few years, and with our expanded presence and local expertise and resources, we are very well positioned to meet the increasing demands of these companies.”
This Center of Excellence will be overseen by Gustavo Higuera, Regional Vice President, who joined Weichert in 2012. A fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English speaker, Higuera has over 20 years of experience helping companies successfully deploy and manage mobile workforces throughout Latin America.
“Our Latin America Center of Excellence represents an exciting and significant milestone in Weichert’s evolution,” said Higuera. “It will enable us to deliver an even wider range of custom solutions to companies moving employees into, across or out of the LATAM region.”
The opening of Weichert Workforce Mobility’s Latin America Operations Center will be officially celebrated on Wednesday, October 30, when it hosts a meeting of Weichert’s Management Committee.
Weichert Workforce Mobility—one of the world’s leading workforce mobility management companies—has announced that it has successfully completed its annual Service Organization Control (SOC) 1, Type II examination in accordance with the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16.
The scope of this year’s audit included Weichert’s internal controls that support the services it provides to customers in the areas of employee home sale and marketing, expense management processing, equity and mortgage processing, client implementation, client reporting, and various IT processes, among the major services. The auditors’ report found that Weichert’s controls meet or exceed the strictest global requirements and are operating effectively.
“Our Management Committee has long recognized the fiduciary responsibility we have to our clients and stakeholders, and our SSAE 16 unqualified report provides proof of our ongoing commitment to the highest standards of service quality and operational transparency,” said Joseph Hajjar, Weichert’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
“By completing this in-depth, third-party review of our internal controls, Weichert is able to demonstrate a substantially higher level of integrity and operational excellence. Coupled with our industry-leading financial stability, this gives our clients an even greater sense of confidence in our organization.”
SSAE 16 is a reporting standard for service organizations developed by the Auditing Standards Board (ASB) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. It replaces the Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) reports previously obtained by Weichert and provides globally-recognized guidelines for companies to assess the integrity and effectiveness of their provider’s internal controls and processes.
