Weichert Workforce Mobility Names Ann Stafford Regional Vice President of Canadian Operations 09.7.2016

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, September 7, 2016 – Weichert Workforce Mobility Inc., one of the world’s leading providers of global talent deployment solutions, announced that Ann Stafford has joined the company as Regional Vice President of Canadian Operations.

In this capacity, Stafford will chart Weichert Workforce Mobility’s strategic direction in Canada, overseeing client partnerships, customer service delivery, talent development and supply chain management and helping to identify new business opportunities. Working out of the company’s Toronto office, she will report directly to Vicki Lander, Executive Vice President.

A veteran of Canadian workforce mobility, Stafford is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience managing teams and servicing clients worldwide. She has a proven track record for optimizing employee engagement and operational effectiveness.

Stafford comes to Weichert from Brookfield, where she most recently served as VP, Client Services, responsible for relationship management and service delivery while overseeing teams across Canada, the UK, Singapore and Shanghai. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC), she is also well-attuned to the unique mobility and talent management needs of Canadian companies.

“Ann brings a fresh perspective and an exciting new energy to our already successful Canadian operations,” said Lander. “The skill set she offers—from her service focus to her ability to work seamlessly across borders, time zones and cultures—will elevate our team’s knowledge and help us continue to build momentum across Canada.”

“For years, I’ve watched Weichert’s remarkable growth throughout Canada, and been impressed with the company’s ability to create flexible solutions that address clients’ unique needs and objectives,” said Stafford. “Now that I’m a part of this organization, I look forward to leveraging this agility to become a trusted partner to corporations across Canada and around the world.”
