This month, we spotlight, Vicki Cain, Relocation Counselor from our government services team, Allegiance Government Relocation.
Vicki is our primary contact with one of our government clients and she is a star in both our client’s eyes and ours.
On a typical day she’s running the show transferring and counseling employees and program managers on relocation benefits, as well as producing complex cost estimates for our client’s staff. In addition to these hefty demands, she also needs to be an expert and know every possible piece of information about Federal Travel Regulations, government statements of work and the multitude of our government clients program policies.
One of our clients recognizes the exceptional level of service Vicki provides, and one employee recently went out of his way to let it be known just how impressive Vicki is:
