Before last week’s Worldwide ERC Global Workforce Symposium in Washington, DC, we were honored to host our annual Global Representative Summit. This event brings together members of our Weichert Global Representative (WGR) network to undergo training, discuss regional market challenges, review trends and re-confirm our mutual commitment to providing Legendary Service experiences.
A highlight of this Summit is our annual WGR Awards. These awards are given to a select group of WGRs who are nominated by our service teams for going above and beyond in serving our clients’ mobile employees.
Congratulations to our 2016 winners: Writer Relocations (India), Pathfinder Relocation Services (Malaysia), Map Relocations (Belgium), EMS (Trinidad & Tobego), Corporate Care Relocation (Ireland), Packimpex (Switzerland), Premier Destination Services (LATAM; in photo) and Fragomen.
This week, we were happy to learn that we’d been nominated for two EMEA EMMA Awards in the categories of Relocation Management Company of the Year and Best Vendor Partnership, where we were nominated alongside Cisco Systems.
While we are certainly honored to be considered among the top RMCs in the EMEA region, we are particularly proud of the Vendor partnership nomination with Cisco Systems. Cisco has been an amazing partner, open to new ideas and fiercely dedicated to leveraging workforce mobility to drive their global talent management initiatives.
Although it’s an honor to simply be nominated, we always have our fingers crossed. Winners will be announced in London on November 11.
MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, May 11, 2016 – Weichert Workforce Mobility was named Relocation Management Company of the Year at the 2016 EMMA Awards ceremony in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Presented by the Forum for Expatriate Management, the EMMAs is the industry’s premier awards event, recognizing excellence in workforce mobility.
With this win, Weichert has set a new precedent, becoming the first and only company to be named RMC of the Year at the Americas EMMAs for three consecutive years. Weichert also won this honor in 2014 and 2015.
A judging panel of HR and mobility professionals from a wide range of multinational corporations selected Weichert from a shortlist of 11 finalists, based on such criteria as service quality, value for price paid, industry innovation and proven results for clients.
Other factors — including Weichert’s commitment to building Trusted Partnerships and delivering Legendary Service and its Scorecard approach to performance tracking — helped further distinguish the company from the other nominees in this category.
“Winning our first EMMA for RMC of the Year was an honor; winning for the third consecutive year is truly amazing and a testament to the innovative solutions and exceptional results we continue to deliver to our clients and their mobile employees,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “Such outside validation of our service excellence and thought leadership inspires us and drives us and we will never take it for granted.”
“Winning an EMMA is the ultimate recognition of excellence in workforce mobility and this year’s winners have earned a unique honor to stand out among their peers,” added Iyla McIntyre, Event Director of the Forum for Expatriate Management. “We congratulate Weichert Workforce Mobility for its unprecedented third straight win as Relocation Management Company of the Year at the Americas EMMAs.”
We are ecstatic to announce that Weichert Workforce Mobility was named Relocation Management Company of the Year at the 2015 EMMA Awards. Making us even happier is the fact that this marks the second consecutive year that Weichert has won this honor!
The EMMAs celebrate excellence in global mobility worldwide. This year’s judging panel included mobility professionals from such companies as Microsoft, CA Technologies, Goodyear, American Express, Lockheed Martin and Accenture, to name a few. The awards were presented during the Forum for Expatriate Management’s Americas Summit last week in Coronado, California.
We consider accolades such as this to be further evidence of the effectiveness of our strategy execution and the difference that Legendary Service is making. And to say that we are proud of our colleagues — the global professionals who’ve healped us earn RMC of the Year honors for two years running — is an understatement.
To the judges and to our collegaues and to the Forum for Expatriate Management and to the clients who place their trust in us every day, we say thank you.
We’re never ones to brag. In fact, we prefer to use this space to discuss our latest research findings or some other piece of info that will make managing your relocation program easier. But when our colleagues make us proud, we can’t help but talk about it.
The past 12 months have represented a period of tremendous growth for Weichert Workforce Mobility, as we made great strides toward our long-term vision of delivering a holistic, end-to-end mobility solution through vertical alignment of the supply chain, launching in-house title and closing, household goods and relocation tax services to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
What makes this period of innovation and growth so remarkable is that throughout it, we attained some of the highest customer service marks in our company’s history—not only on our own internal client and transferee evaluations, but on several well-respected industry surveys. We are proud to direct your attention to some key metrics:
At the end of the day, there’s no better validation of the type of customer experiences we provide than positive feedback from clients and mobile employees. As a service organization, we thrive on delivering the caliber of service that eases our clients’ administrative burden, makes them look good, keeps mobile employees productive, and transforms customers into advocates.
This year, we’ve been fortunate to receive a lot of positive feedback, not just in our own client and transferee surveys, but in third-party surveys that provide objective proof sources for the quality of our service. Today, we learned we’d earned exceptional rankings from corporate mobility managers in the Thirteenth Annual Relocation Managers Survey.
Among our achievements in this year’s survey:
David Fennell, who is acting Chair of the CERC member board, delivered the opening and closing addresses; he also received the Distinguished Service Award (in photo), which is the second highest award one can receive from CERC.
Also, our VP of Consulting, Ellie Sullivan, presented a well-received panel on aligning workforce mobility with talent management — a topic of increasing concern to our clients.
Last but not least, Cordell Collins, Counselor in our Toronto office, was lauded by attendees for achieving the highest score in the highest level of CERC’s professional designation training program. Congrats to Cordell on this accomplishment!
We are happy to report that Weichert Workforce Mobility was named Relocation Management Company of the Year at the 2014 EMMA Awards for the Americas region. Presented by the Forum for Expatriate Management, the EMMAs recognize excellence in workforce mobility, and are are independently judged by some of the most highly esteemed professionals in the industry.
The win was announced last night at a formal ceremony closing out FEM’s 2014 Americas Global Summit. Competitors nominated in the RMC of the Year category (for companies that manage over 10,000 moves per year) included Brookfield, Crown, Graebel, SIRVA and UniGroup Relocation.
For the past two years, Weichert Workforce Mobility has been the only large-size relocation management company to rank among the top three in the “RMC of the Year” category of the EMMA Awards in all three regions — the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Presented by the Forum for Expatriate Management, the EMMAs are among our industry’s most coveted awards, celebrating excellence in expatriate mobility.
We are proud to note that in 2014, Weichert Workforce Mobility has once again been nominated as RMC of the Year in all three regions. In the Americas, we were also nominated in the “Thought Leadership Study of the Year” for our popular and groundbreaking Latin America mobility survey. Continue Reading →
In this year’s survey, over 7,000 relocated employees were asked to rank the RMCs that moved them.
Based on their feedback, Weichert Workforce Mobility achieved the highest average service satisfaction score among the industry’s five largest suppliers. Weichert also earned a net satisfaction rating that surpassed the industry average.
Perhaps most importantly, data aggregated from the past five years’ surveys shows that we’ve made significant year-after-year improvement in our overall customer satisfaction ranking.
